To ensure the best burn and the longest life of your SCENTII candle:

First burn matters

Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn (2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.

Trim your wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to around 5mm to promote an even burn and reduce soot.

Burn time
For safety and performance, burn your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time.

Safety first
Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface, away from drafts, children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Extinguishing
Gently blow out the flame or use a snuffer. Avoid using the lid to extinguish.

Jar care
Stop burning your candle when around 10mm of wax remains to prevent the jar from overheating or cracking.
