Processing Times

All SCENTII orders are hand poured, packed, and shipped with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. During peak periods or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
Carrier: Australia Post with full tracking on all orders
Currently shipping: Australia & New Zealand only (international coming soon)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Delays & Issues

We always aim to deliver your order quickly, but please note that delays can occur due to postal hold-ups, weather, or seasonal demand. These are unfortunately beyond our control — however, if an issue arises, we’ll do everything we can to assist.

Damaged or Missing Items

Every order is packed carefully, but in the rare case your items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at scentiiofficial@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SCENTII products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at scentiiofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We’ll respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
